My lifelong passion for health and wellness inspired me to open my boutique med spa in downtown Brighton.

In my journey to combat muscle aging—particularly muscle fatigue and inflammation—I discovered the incredible benefits of treatments like Accufit Muscle Stimulation and Therabody Compression Therapy. These treatments far exceeded my expectations, enabling me to strengthen muscles well beyond what was possible for me to do in the gym, without causing lactic acid buildup or soreness. As a runner, this meant eliminating hip, joint, and back pain, allowing me to push my limits. I found muscle stimulation and compression therapy helped take my performance to the next level.

This success led me to search for non-invasive solutions to address skin laxity, reverse UV damage, and reduce signs of aging. After extensive research, I found the perfect combination of treatments—Secret RF Microneedling followed by LaseMD, a low-energy laser that targets water beneath the skin. Together, these treatments stimulate the body’s natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin production for healthier, more youthful skin. Since introducing this treatment duo in 2019 at my med spa, I've witnessed truly remarkable results!
